1. Our Standard
If a delivered project does not match the agreed brief in material ways, we will revise it at no additional cost within the included revision rounds. For errors materially outside the scope, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
2. How to Request
Contact hello@copywritingaddicts.com within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and a description of the issue. Claims must relate to the agreed brief, not stylistic preferences outside the original scope.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds for stylistic dissatisfaction unrelated to the brief, for copy that has already been published and cannot be verified in original form, or for rush delivery surcharges once work has begun.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original Stripe payment method within 5-10 business days.
